PRODUCTIVITY

I am pleased to tell you that in the last 12 months, my buyers and sellers engaged in approximately 50 purchase and sale contracts.  During 2008, my clients engaged in 40 transactions having a total value of $5.9 Million. In 2007, I was named among the 100 most productive among 20,000 agents in Connecticut. I only state this because it shows that my clients are having success.  In spite of the continued turbulence in the market, my clients are moving forward, with a significant number of them coming to terms in contracts currently.  We have developed some very powerful marketing programs, which we provide at astoundingly modest rates.
